Refund Policy

Pickup and delivery orders
If your order is incorrect or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 30 minutes of pickup or delivery at +1 301 708 5995. We will remake the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Catering orders
- Cancellations 7+ days before event: full refund of deposit.
- Cancellations 3 to 6 days before event: 50% refund of deposit.
- Cancellations less than 72 hours before event: deposit is non-refundable.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
