Rental Agreement

Scope

This agreement covers rented catering equipment, chafing dishes, warmers, serving trays, and related accessories provided by Naija Shawarma Hub for your event.

Care and responsibility

• Client is responsible for equipment from delivery until pickup or return.
• Equipment must be returned in the same condition, minus normal use.
• Client agrees to reimburse repair or replacement cost for damage, loss, or theft.

Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required and will be released within 7 business days after equipment inspection.
